• No shows will be charged at the full rate.

If Misconnex is prevented from carrying out its obligations to the airline or handler client in relation to booking rooms for passengers who missed their connections by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (without limitation) government intervention, mass power cuts, mass internet connection failure or hacking causing the whole or part of Misconnex not to function, airline and handler clients will be advised of alternative means of communication to Delay Rooms via telephone.
